Meet Remy
I was a college athlete who played tennis since I was a teen. I own a golden doodle and a golden retriever and added another member to our family. A baby girl! I started this field at a doggy day care in my area and started as a dog handler with 20-50 dogs in my care. I then found out that my manager was training dogs at the facility and took an interest. So, I asked her if I could shadow her and get to know the field of work. After a few weeks of shadowing, I realized how passionate I was to learn more about it and practice the skill. About a month later I told her I wanted to be a dog trainer at the facility and so I took a couple courses and started teaching on my own at the daycare. After building my clientele there for several years, I wanted to pursue my own business which is how I got to where I am today.
I’m so passionate about making a difference in people’s and dogs lives. Seeing clients at their wits end and being able to see them happy is so rewarding to me. As well as, seeing a huge transformation in a dogs way of living.
